Festival Update / Informe de el festival

 

Weekly Meetings

Join us for weekly meetings to discuss, plan, prepare and execute all that goes into our Mission celebration. Come give us your input, ideas, and suggestions. We meet at the Parish Hall every Thursday at 7:00 pm. Everyone is welcome.

Booth Set-up

We have started the setting-up of church sponsored booths, we will work every week from Monday through Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturdays 6:00 am to 12:00 noon. Come, join us we need all the help we can get.

Donations

We are asking for donations for the Festival. We need paper goods, plates, cups, napkins, paper towels, cooking oil, hamburger meat, wieners, dry red chili pods, briskets, cake mixes, frostings, powdered sugar, cheese, sugar, potatoes, bottled water. Gifts for the loteria booth, tombola, and kids games. These items may be brought to the office or to the Parish hall now. Items that may be donated the week of the festival are lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cakes, fruit, hamburger and hot dog buns, jalapeños. Monetary donations are also welcome.

Raffle Tickets

Raffle books have been coming in at a steady pace, however, there are still many books that have not been turned in. Please remember to bring the sold ticket stubs/ money to the office or drop in the collection basket on Sundays. We have additional books in the office, come by and pick up an extra book.
